k888 Terms and Conditions: Your Complete User Agreement

By making a deposit, you authorize k888 to debit the specified amount from your chosen payment method and credit it to your k888 account. Deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name; k888 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method used, and k888 reserves the right to change these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times that vary by payment method. k888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal to protect against fraud and unauthorized transactions. All withdrawals will be paid to the verified account holder only, using a payment method consistent with the deposit method wherever possible. k888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or force majeure events beyond our control. Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the account holder. k888 reserves the right to reverse or void any transaction that is found to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or otherwise irregular.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed through no fault of the user, any eligible remaining balance will be returned following the completion of applicable verification procedures.

You may request the voluntary closure of your own account at any time by contacting k888 support. Upon closure, any pending wagers will be settled in accordance with normal platform rules, and eligible remaining balances will be processed for withdrawal after identity verification. k888 is not obligated to reopen a closed account, and any decision to permanently close an account is final. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may contact our support team to raise a query, and k888 will investigate the matter in good faith. Please note that during any suspension or investigation period, access to your account and any associated funds may be restricted until the matter is resolved.
